Where do I add the terms and conditions for a photo competition?

You can add terms and conditions to the content board 'description'  but we would recommend ticking the box in board settings that says 'require users to accept terms and conditions'. You will then be able to add a URL. The customers will have to tick an 'i accept T & C's' box when they upload. 
 
You could also add them to the content Content Board description:
Firstly you need to store them as a PDF online. If you do not have the capability to do this, we can do it for you.

You then add them as a hyperlink to the 'description'  or 'instructions of entry' using basic markdown code.
