How can I integrate my MailChimp account?

MailChimp is a mailing service that helps you helps you design and send email newsletters, and track your results. Shuttlerock can automatically sync your user list with MailChimp, so you can easily send email newsletters.

To integrate your Shuttlerock site with MailChimp, go to the site Settings page, and click MailChimp in the left-hand menu. You will be presented with a form to enter your MailChimp API Key and List ID:

Once you have entered your MailChimp credentials, click the Update button. Shuttlerock will attempt to connect to MailChimp using the credentials provided, and if successful, it will display a green success message:



Once the integration is set up, you don't need to do anything further - Shuttlerock will seamlessly synchronise your member list with MailChimp in the background. Specifically:
New Shuttlerock users that opt-in to receive email updates will be automatically added to your MailChimp list.
People who unsubscribe from your MailChimp emails will be automatically marked as unsubscribed in Shuttlerock.
If you change the list details below, Shuttlerock will automatically synchronise with the new list.
